Default Side by Side Gun Racks

What’s everyone’s preferred styles of gun rack for the side by side, specifically a polaris ranger?
I really haven’t started looking yet but figured some of yall already have them figured out.

Do they make a good one that mounts under the roof/roll bar?

I want one that mounts in front of the middle seat on the floor and holds two rifles for my Ranger I’ve googled them and there seem to be a million options.

I went with Sure Grip. It was super easy to install. They pre configured it based on the model I have. So all I had to do was plug it into the holes in the bed and tighten it down.

I've had the one in the amazon link for several years now and it has been a good one. Only down side is barrels stick up above the roof, issue if you are driving through low limbs.

Have looked at the ones that mount in the roof but havn't tried one yet.

The back of my Ranger gets so dusty riding down dirt roads I couldn’t imagine keeping any gun back there not in a case.

I have found that the best place for a firearm in a side by side is in your lap. How the hell else you gonna be ready to shoot?

Ask guy. He has a sold system in the back of his. Cased. Not a bad idea if you don’t need easy-ish access like I prefer.
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.

Gander has the answer. Sure Grip is the way to go.

I can’t take credit for this but it works. That is the harbor freight double gun case.

And if I'm riding more than 50 yards, I put my gun in a gun sock. Keeps it from getting dusty.

I have this one inside the cab mounted on the back window, old school style. Holds two scoped rifles and out of the way.

The only people I see that have this style own at least two or three Kreighoffs and feel the need the show them off to the entire course. Don’t these racks always get super dusty too?

I got tired of my rifle getting dusty so started using a scabbard. Like it a lot.

Easy to strap to the roll bar. If you are wondering, done linked above will hold a rifle with a 24” barrel + suppressor no problem

Sky Bar double gun rack. I think it's made by a company out in Montana called Big Sky. It's an overhead mount. Ive had several over the years and they work well.

The piranha services is a Sure Grip. Bought one this year, love it. Under roof and back window mounts are not convenient on sporting clays range. The one you see most advertised online is the Great Day. Barrels stick straight up. Limbs or garage doors can be a problem. Ask me how I know!
Sure Grip guy told me that if the barrels are above cab with theirs then you have it installed wrong.

Even with my Kolar with 34 inch barrels, it doesn't extend over to cab. I have see someone destroy a couple of high end guns with a gun rack with barrels extending over the cab.

Mine was missing a bracket when arrived, called left a message got a prompt reponse, sent needed part and threw in a nice gear/shell rack(not on currently). Guy told me that they would even send you replacement straps if they blow off or whatever.IMG_7384.jpg
