Default Looking for a pull behind cooker/grill

I'm looking to purchase a pull behind commercial type cooker. Something along the lines of a Southern Steamers Alumigrill I. I'm not even sure that outfit is still in business as I have called and left messages to no avail. It doesn't have to be aluminum of course, but that would be nice. Anyone have any leads or reputable outfits that build these?

    Thanks in advance

    Ricky

If you are wanting gas BQ grills in Elm City North Carolina has several different sizes. Meadow Creek as mentioned above makes good cookers as well.

Get you some cinder blocks and some fencing. That’s how the OGs did it

I have several cookers that John has built for me... Not only does he build them, he cooks on them.

I'm sure I'll get blasted for this, but I don't think it's really worth messing with a whole hog if you're going to cook it solely over gas.

If you are going to get a gas only cooker, just buy you a utility trailer, a generator, and a couple of ovens. Will be lots cheaper and will cook the same.

Amen! Any meat cooked on wood or charcoal will ALWAYS be MUCH better than the same meat cooked on gas. I'm not saying that all gas-cooked meat is trash, I'm just saying it'll never be as good as if it were cooked on wood.
