No Kim and we win. See.

And knees grand slam sure gave us a comfortable lead.

Well, 1-3 is acceptable for today. A much needed positive for,Knees and the team.

I hope I eat crow in October. I have been to hundreds of Braves games and am a diehard fan, make no mistake.

Just not a fan of Knees. Say what you will. His days of being a clutch player are few. Enjoy today.

Don't know how long it will last but nitro's favorite player has hit 4 homers in his last 9 at bats.

I keep waiting on Elder to return to pre 2026 Elder and he keeps proving me wrong (minus the start in Boston)

    He has been fantastic

Yes he has. We would really be rolling if we had a couple more guys back from IL. Mateo should be the starting SS. Even though he was 0-3 last night. He deserves a shot at daily play. DooDooKim needs to be DFA'd.. Heck Ozzie went 2 -2 with 2 RBIs.. I want my crow served rare. ( If this team hot streak continues to October.)

I dont love acuna either but it would make no sense to trade him while the braves are in their window of contention.

When healthy, he is arguably the top three in all of MLB. When he isn't healthy you are still getting about 4 WAR from him...not bad for what he is paid a year. No reasonable trade would replace that. Whoever you get that is controlled and proven, is either being paid way more or has a contract expiring sooner than his. There's no set of minor leaguers on any team that are worth the trade/gamble.

If you are looking at the entire team...money can be spent much better in other positions.

Riley is the one that should be taking all the heat right now.

Swamp makes some good points. When you look at comparable outfielders, Kyle Tucker and Acuna are very similar when it comes to WAR and service years. Yet their contracts are drastically different.

    Tucker - 9yrs, 28.1 bWAR, 151hr, .270avg, .855ops. 4x AS, 2x SS, 1x GG
    Acuna - 9yrs, 29.7 bWAR, 193hr, .287abg, .903ops. 5x AS, 3x SS, 1x ROY, 1x MVP

Tucker just signed a 4yr $240m contract and set the market for outfielders in the offseason
Acuna has 3yr $51m left on his

y'all are talking like its all about baseball. Its just not. Acuna is an all star in the popularity category. and not many people steal third before a pitch is thrown. just think about later in sept-oct. he does things like that and sparks the team. if i'm the coach, he is my right fielder, without question.

and the balls are most definitely juiced this year. i've seen too many homers that were surprises to the batter....

If that is the case, why Knees only have 7 Home runs in 177 at bats?? Inquiring minds want to know.
