Hey its a burger, meat, salt, pepper cheese and bun. For juicy burger add 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tbl of water to each patty. Marita buns are the best

Italian deer sausage patties, add extra ground toasted fennel seeds. Favorite pizza sauce, mozzarella. Toasted bun. Maybe some pesto if you’d like.

Hit up Macks Smith for lunch. Mushroom, bacon, swiss with tater tots and onion rings. Hard to beat their burgers.
No matter if it’s pistols, pussies, pistons or pocket knives, it needs lubrication!

All you need is proper fatty meat, be able to form a loosely hand patted burger, and the ability not to smash the patty like a child to create a juicy burger. Fat is flavor, and a bunch of it will cook out of it if you're grilling.. if you think fat is bad.

After reading the water trick I made a batch last night and brined them in sweet tea.

You're just trying to be hurtful now, even though you know I'm numb.

Dales is basically soy sauce with as much sodium as the liquid will absorb before becoming a solid.

And, Jet's down the road has a better one IMO
You two need to pipe down. All jokes aside Jet's is a little better but the last time I went in there it took forever to get the food and the beer wasn't cold.

PS - None of you Edgefield people better tell Scott I said that about Jet's. Pool room burgers are still good AF BTW.
