    They have a small grill inside and these same old three ladies for years. The best pork chop
    sandwich on the planet. They turned me on to rubbing them with an egg yolk and hot sauce then season them,

    Yep, ha, thanks for that. His name was Thomas, hadn't thought about that in years. I worked in that garage in high school for a summer, always knew Thomas though.. he worked on all of my trucks. I remember being in high school, and he'd cook every so often. Then years go by, I start taking over the stores and we had a conversation about his pork chops. I ended up gifting him a bass pro fryer set up for the garage. Once a month or so he'd walk over, ask about pork chop Friday, and I'd give him 20 or 30 bucks and a few beer flats. Around lunch time he'd walk back over with a flat full of pork chops and a loaf of white bread. Everything he did was so simple, but his tasted better then mine.
