Yes bought and sold. Positive experience. I would do it again.

I don’t personally but I know someone that has sold 2 trucks through them. He had zero complaints.

A good friend who is a member on had a somewhat negative experience with them.
The buying process was easy for him but there was an issue with the truck. They offered him a reduced price to keep it but he did end up getting his money back on it
Maybe he’ll chime in
My old neighbor did it. He said it couldn’t have been easier to buy
sounds like it might be worth looking at..thanks all! They keep sending me decent offers on a 2004 Toyota LC..decent for trade anyway.

I, somewhat recently, sold a vehicle to them. It couldn't have been easier. It almost felt like they were stealing it because I never touched, or saw, an actual piece of paper. Everything was electronic and stupid easy. They also gave me almost $6k more than the dealership offered me.
Crops are harvested, animals are killed.
Great experience. Would buy through them again

I’ve wondered what it would be like, later in my professional career when the younger generation that grew up dealing with everyone digitally, and was scared of face to face had more influence. It looks like that time is coming, and it ain’t just the younger ones. I think there is value in knowing the car dealer in your town. You may need a solid one day, and having bought a car from him would help. If I’m in Manning, knowing Pro would be helpful. Laughton in Sumter, same thing.
Years back, I had some guys in town from TN turkey hunting. They knew Campbell Cox and went to have dinner with him, made a wrong turn and drove their GMC in the Pee Dee river. They backed it out and it seemed fine. It wasn’t fine. Fried the electronics and they were in a real pickle. I called Laughton who put them in a nice loaner truck that they hunted out of and drove back to TN. Laughton sent a man to west TN to swap with them when their truck was repaired. Caravan ain’t doing that. But, carry on.

Bought a truck last year , was a very simple process. I wouldn’t go to a dealership again.
Neither is the dealership that is not locally owned any longer. I have lived in Berkeley county for 61 years and have no idea who runs the Ford and Chevrolet dealership any longer. When the Cumbies still ran dealership, you could get great service but those days are gone.

Helped my daughter sell hers and my wife sold one and bought another one in less than 3 hours. I plan on getting my next truck from them a few years down the road.
Had pretty shitty experiences with both Chevy and Dodge dealership here in Sumter so I won't be doing business with them anymore.

Sold a truck a month or two back. Gave me more money than anyone else would have. Took about 10 minutes of my time total. Had a check when they picked it up.
I don't belive in miracles, I rely on them.
Yeah, local dealers that everyone knew got bought out here years ago. Probably eight out of ten Toyotas I know around here come from Anderson.. they even drove my father's down.
There's one used dealer I trust, and have bought all of my kids vehicles from him. It's kind of get big or out, like what happened to oil companies years back.
I heard our local Toyota service department isn't bad, but i didn't buy a Toyota to have problems.. and I'd rather pay extra for a local guy to change it.
Why the wife kept just one dealership to work with on warranty in Edgefield. Pendarvis is still family owned and really great people. Drove a new truck to my brother in Lake Lure he bought no questions asked. Went all the way to the other side of Georgia to get the truck I wanted last year. That's customer service!!

I'm glad to hear the positive experiences with Carvana. I've been wary of using them as I've seen more used vehicles to reject than accept, so it's hard to buy something sight unseen. What kind of mechanical QC do you run them through once you get a vehicle to verify it's what you expected?
