If you have LLC, S Corp, Partnership BOI reporting back on go

Did you already have an ID.gov account and PIN # set up for your companies? They wouldn’t let me sign in with my personal account and am waiting for a PIN. Did I jump down the wrong rabbit hole?

Anyone that has LLC, S Corp or Partnership with any single person owning 25% or more must file this , seems like exemption for some areas/industries and if you have 20 or more employees

tprice, I forgot all about this until I just got my temporary PIN code from them. Is there a late penalty I should be aware of? Just curious, since I'm currently arguing with another government agency about a mistake THEY made and keep accusing me of making it.

There is another injunction on it but have not seen it is permanent on any of my stuff , keep thinking going to see that come up after 1/20
