Default Everyone needs Brother in Law like mine

BIL was in my office today his personal tax return , always gives me a “tip” (always bottle of bourbon) and since it is my 62nd B Day tomorrow he brought me a little nicer bottle

Folks take time to enjoy life, not sure what it is but 62 is really making me realize how blessed I have been to live this long with zero health issues and more importantly zero health issues for my family . We all take life for granted but it is the small things that really start to mean more the older you get .

Too many of my close friends have not made it this long and some other battling serious health issues

As the old saying goes “stop and smell the roses” is the best advice I can give y’all that are a lot younger , time does fly and your kids become adults quicker than you can imagine

Enjoying first patio fire of the year with my beautiful bride of 39 1/2 yrs, our 3 1/2 yr old precious granddaughter (she is her grandmother made over ) and my Boykin

Life is good if I never take another breath

Yep my Sis turned 70 last month , she actually we back to substitute teaching at Pendleton HS to get herself something to do routinely. Her husband (my other great BIL) works in my teen driving school every day . My sister said it has done her a world of good to be back around school age kids . We come from Parents and Grandparents that never retired and sat down, kept going as long as they could which is my plan
