    Gottamighty.

    I was getting ready to plant ahead of this rain but if they are forecasting that much I may be better off to wait. But as soon as i hold up we will get 1/4 of what they are forecasting.

    Got mine in this past weekend. Fingers crossed we get some much needed precipitation in Fairfield County.

    I'm supposed to shoot clays at an engineering invitational at The Clinton House on Friday morning.

    It was previously stated "rain or shine." I'm kinda curious if that'll hold true; hope not!

    Yep.... Most clay target shoots will only stop for lightning.

    That is pretty much what I did yesterday evening. I set the rotary tiller real shallow, basically just scratching the surface. It powdered the top 1-2" of dirt and then I planted. Still have plenty of thatch on top of the powered dirt, so I didn't cover or roll. Hoping the rain can beat in into the powdered dirt but not too deep.

    I started following @mikes_weather_page on the Instagram...anyone else follow this guy for tropical stuff? Seems pretty legit and no damn ads
