Remove it. Beads make you look at the barrel. You need to learn to ignore the barrel and hard focus on the bird. Your brain will figure out the lead automatically. If you try to measure, your focus will go to the barrel and your brain loses track and trajectory of the bird. Your swing will stop and you'll shoot behind the bird. Use the force Luke.
You really ought to take a lesson or two while you're still a new wingshooter. It will keep you from develping bad habits and you'll pick up a few tips that will make huge differences. My first epiphany from my first lesson was to mount the gun to my face and not worry about my shoulder. It will come to the shoulder on its own. If you don't get it to your face, your sight picture is wrong. It made an big, instant difference for me.
All this. There are folks on here that are exponentially more qualified than I, but this is my thought process. I took a lesson at the Sea Island shooting school (because golf sucks) and all of their Berettas had the beads knocked off for this very reason.
