So I get POOT is trying to say a short shooter must have shot Paul, but if it was Alec why couldnt he quick draw hold the shotgun. I do it all the time shooting clays as tall as he is that give you the angle.

One of the talking heads is now taking the position that Alec knows way more, but isnt the killer. He may have even been there. Apparently one Juror who isnt suppose to be talking was over heard saying she now thinks there were 2 shooters.

I have my doubts about the juror actually talking, but who knows.
    Yup, he's crazy...

My opinion, he was involved in some capacity. How does it all line up that his wife and son who weren’t living there happen to all be there on the fateful night. Not a coincidence. I could throw further accusations but no point. I got advice on here to be quiet early on when I knew ol boy was being looked at hard.

Lots of supporting evidence that he lured them there
Maggie told several people including here sister, "Alec has been calling wanting me to come to Mossell, what should I do?"
He stated, "it was common for Maggie to go down to the kennels and let the dogs out and play with them"
Housekeeper said, bullshit. Said, Maggie was scared to go down there after dark.
The more I think about it, I don't think he could shoot his son but he was there or knew it was going down

    Yep…
Her sister was seemingly ate up with the guilt of telling her she should go. Sad stuff.

History has a tendency of repeating patterns, themes, and personalities. I've been thinking about this circumstance & what we know. One immediate personality that jumped out at me is the person Alec is most like from the 20th century.

Hermann Goring was a flamboyant larger than life character that has a pension for excessive opioid use.

Mr Goring had a taste for the finer things in life, but was always an aristocrat hunter at heart.

Mr Goring loved his family & in the face of ruin he tried to make sure his family was taken care of.

Mr Goring was capable of great evil, but he had a heart unlike his cohorts. He signed the order that doomed millions of Jews but made sure the 2 jewish sisters that saved his life & helped them make it out of Germany, and with all their possessions and some compensation for their inconvenience.

While Mr Goring was capable of giving out orders to literally kill children he would never get his hands dirty.

While both Alec & Goring were narcissist, one major difference stands out. Mr Goring was a diabolical genius who helped build one of the most evil regimes mankind has ever known. While those around Alec were/are genius Alec is not. He isn't even the sharpest knife in the drawer.

That leads me into my final thesis which like Hagin I'm not willing to fully disclose yet.

But someone set the whole fateful night up June 7th. It wasnt Alec. He was in on it and was supposed to be dead as well, and he knew about it all. It had all fell apart and he loved Maggie and wanted to spare her the embarrassment, and knew as long as Paul was around he would bring the whole ship down. Buster was the one whom could slide by all of this and come out relatively unscathed.

Thats all I wanna say at this junction.

It's getting really really good today!

The Judge is being harsh on POOT earlier, and came across sympathetic to the protection.

I cant see the jury, but while it sounds damning to Alec. If you reason through the evidence he would have to be the "Flash" to pull off what they are saying he did and still go to Almeda & back and all that happened.

I think this proves he was there but had someone else do it

I haven't watched an ounce of this and this maybe a little off topic, but what happens to the boating accident case/lawsuit? What about the issues with how the investigation was handled? The preferential treatment that was given?

If AM is convicted of murder, the OnStar on his vehicle might be the evidence that convinced the jury. Good gracious.

I think the takeaway from all of this is that everything we do/say is tracked and stored in perpetuity.

Based on Onstar data for the 2021 Suburban, they know to the second that he left Moselle, arrived at Almeda, left Almeda and arrived back at Moselle with max. speed, average speed etc. along the way.

SLED agents don't seem to like Poot and the defense team at all.

I dont care if they track me or not, all I can say is it would probably be boring to follow me around. If doing something bad i would ditch the phone and onstar.

My vehicle doesn't have on star. I think it tracks through sinc on the phone, not sure. I dont have much to worry about though.

Defense: So you would find it unreasonable to call your son after a situation like this?
SLED: Yes, I would be doing all I could for my loved ones in that Moment.

Defense: How long had Alec been at the scene by then?
    SLED: At least 20 min.

Defense: So you find that unreasonable to call your living family??

The SLED guys are getting killed. Why wouldnt you call your loved ones? Isnt a whole lot you can do with dead people!

After the prosecution made a big to do about the phones & steps now they are down playing because Alec is walking around during this time, but Maggie's phone is re-orenting, but isnt walking it is probably in a car.....but its all in how you interpret the data.

The only thing saving them is Newman. He is coming across as being biased.

I’d put most local agency detectives up against SLED agents any day of the week. SLED wants you to look good on paper and they miss out on having some really good agents.

He is guilt as hell. The OnStar was the icing on the cake.

This isn't a perfect investigation, but is a thorough one and they are doing a good job. The mountain of circumstantial is getting too high to surmount.

If anybody thought you can’t be tracked, etc., this case proves a lot. It blows my mind that anybody can truly go missing knowing what all can be used to track you nowadays.

As far as the circumstantial, they had OJ the same way, with everything but a confession….how did it turn out?
