As the title states, I’m looking for fresh seafood market. Not very familiar with the area as we decided to change up beach destinations this year. Figured someone on here could point me in the right direction.

There's that one on Shem Creek next to the hotel. Pretty sure it's still there.

If you are looking for fish I'd go to Abundant Seafood next to Geechie Seafood at the end of Magwood Lane on Shem Creek. On the other side of the creek from Mt. Pleasant Seafood.
DILLIGAF
If you look really hard to the east you can see where all the seafood comes from.
"Mother Nature and Father Time- still undefeated."
What Hogg said.
Be mindful of how you’re gonna get out when pulling down to Geechie.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.
Simmons
Right on IOP
Had fresh tuna steaks from there last week
Simmons Seafood is solid.

Mt Pleasant seafood is where locals we know go and tell us to go. B&B is my choice but usually variety is limited. Bit far too. Next is Flowers....
It's not enough to simply tolerate the 2nd Amendment as an antiquated inconvenience. Caring for the 2nd Amendment means fighting to restore long lost rights.
Couple more "local" places - Flowers on the road to Edisto
Crosby's on Folly Road
Simmon's is the go to for sure. My woman spends too much money there. She buys the ready to eat red rice which makes no sense to me. It is good though.
F**K Cancer
Just Damn.
For shrimp go to Tarvins in Mt Pleasant.
