Awesome. Do you still have your others?
I am now surrounded by these things.
There is a crack in the block in the pics- did you fix it?
That’s just cool. Nice work CB.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
You might take out a dozen before they drag you from your home and skull fuck you to death. Marsh Chicken 6/21/2013
That is awesome.
Very cool ride.

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”

Took those aluminum valve covers and cleaned them up a little bit. I then sanded them, primed them and painted them a "flatter" black. After they dried for a couple of days, I took a sanding block and sanded the paint off the top of the fins in multiple stages.
I have a little left to do, but here is what they look like tonight after I installed a couple of new grommets as well. Seems a little more appropriate for the truck they are in.

Got a good bit put back together over the last several nights. Had the manifolds sandblasted and then I ceramic coated them. Cooked them in the oven to get the coating good and baked on.
