But, if you eat a sandwich every time you talk about him you will be as big as a barn in a couple of weeks.
Heaven forbid I ever do such a thing. If this is the view of a lot of people on here, that is scary.

I comment mostly on political threads because I enjoy a good discussion on political issues. Believe it or not, back around the 2016 election, some posts from the great Rubberhead in a discussion are one of the main reasons I voted for Trump over the libertarian candidate. What he said made sense, was logical and factual. Hard to argue with that.

I take issue with all this name calling and finger jabbing. It is just dumb. It makes those doing it look dumb. Blind allegiance to Trump makes a person look even dumber, as though they do not have the ability to think for themselves. They just go with what MM or whoever has to say. Look at all the comments from guys riding MM's insult coat tail, its just unfortunate.

    Default Impeachment Saga

Market is down only 50 points. If the democrats were smart they would wave the white flag and start passing legislation.

But they are consumed by their fringe and they are gonna march themselves off the impeachment cliff.

I think they may have surrendered 2020. Bloomberg is splintering them. They are the party of inclusion but no person of color on stage for the next debate. BLM is busting up Major Pete’s Rallies. They couldn’t find 3 decent law professor not smart enough not to attack Trump’a kid. They have decided to send the front runner on the stand for millions to watch Republicans to question. I am looking forward to Hillary’s announcement now.

I don’t wish death on Ginsburg but hope she retires soon.

All the talk about Trump losing his cool, saying and/or doing inappropriate things, etc. - is anyone talking about Biden? He got mad a fella earlier today who called him and his son out on Ukraine, called him a "damn liar" and challenged him to pushups, running, and an IQ test. Then he told him he was too old to vote for him.

Pretttty sure if that was Trump, they'd interrupt the nonstop impeachment coverage with breaking news about it.

All Nancy did was give Trump 4 more years and both houses of Congress back to the GOP today.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I'll admit I wasn't a supporter of Trump in the primary. I voted for Ben Carson. My girlfriend was all about Trump and I told her he would never win. Well he won.

Since then I have watched how he doesn't take shit laying down. I compare that to the establishment Republicans like Romney, Bush, etc and I like how it gets Democrats triggered. I've come to realize the Democrats have been playing dirty politics and Republicans have maintained a certain level of decorum. Historically that has been a losing strategy. The name calling is part of the way he demeans the Democrats. Whether you like it or not, it's been effective at revealing what Democrats really are.

Fast forward to today. They have been talking about impeachment from day 1. They are moving forward with their plan to get rid of Trump with articles of impeachment which are weak at best. It's a losing proposition for them. The Senate is controlled by Republicans. This is going no where. It almost guarantees his reelection.

I hope he keeps giving them hell. Almost everything about the country is going in the right direction. My only disappointment is the National Debt continues to climb.

He's an arrogant, yankee, asshole. He doesn't bite his tongue. Pretty typical of what we southerners think the typical New Yorker is. He's pretty much like that one friend that everyone has, that you just shake your head, when they open their mouth. The media absolutely hates him. They do their best to twist everything he does, to make him look bad. They even go to the extent of out right lying.

I voted for him in the last presidential election, and I will be voting for him in the next one as well.

I'm sure my daddy said it long before Daboo was sleeping in his mama's bed. I had to do a SearX search for "Will Swinney" when Jozie compared him to me. I'd never heard the name before. You can trust me when I say, if Daboo said it I sure didn't hear it. Listening to him blubbering is not on my radar.

MM, Whitewaterduck, anyone who's immediate response to a question of Trump is to hurl insults. It shows that in their eyes dissent will not be tolerated. Crazy how much it sounds like the crazy leftists as I type this.
