Hearts, that's right, I said it. Stop throwing them away.
A simple little recipe to get a tasty meal on the table, best part is the wife will never know, not that you'll want to share anyways.
First we need some hearts.
I've got a collection of teal, mallards, spoons, and a ringneck here.

Get them cleaned and diced, I usually chop the top section (the part with the aorta hanging out) and toss it. The rest of the heart gets one or two slices across the middle. Drop them in a bag.

Add to the bag, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce and black pepper to your liking.
Let that sit for about 30 minutes and it's time to break out the pan.
Medium high heat and a little butter

Give it a couple minutes and a few swirls in the pan and it's time to serve.
