I have a beast of an old stainless Kitchen Aid grill that I've been fixing for the last few years; parts were always free due to a legacy lifetime warranty. Well, they no longer make the correct size SS grates, so it's time to buy a new grill.

I've always used gas for most of my cooking (fast & easy). I have a little Weber for when I need coals.

A coworker told me to look at pellet grills because he has heard great things (he needs a grill, too).

Are Traegers just as good/easy/fast as gas, or is grilling more of a "process" with a pellet grill?

This is what I'm considering (however, I just realized I may not have a power outlet on my deck; gonna have to look because I don't know if I wanna run conduit and install one).
