I love a good cheeseburger and am always wanting to try something new. Lunch Today was venison/boudin smash burgers. Mixed 1-1/2 pounds of deer burger with 2 links of boudin out of the casing. Hit it with my usual seasonings and straight to a smoking hot cast iron skillet. Topped them off with some mustard, boars head deli pickles and some smoked bbq sauce on toasted buns. What are some of your go to burgers?
