    Default Bird dogs and trapping

Is this what’s coming to SC if the public land trapping law passes? I’d already thought about woodcock hunting in the swamps, rivers and creeks but I hadn’t thought about coyote snares….

(Legally) cable snares can only be used in water sets in SC.

From a bird dog perspective, I'd take cable snares all day long over those M44 cyanide guns they use out there...

It sucke dealing with traps and upland hunting. Ran into a few traps this year in Nebraska. Buddy nearly lost a lab to a conibear 3 years ago. Luckily it was a small one and only got on dogs nose.
