Many places can’t afford to fire bad employees as they can’t find replacements

You should never, and I mean never, ever give a FF employee any shit whatsoever before you actually have your food in your hands.

That goes for staff at the finest 5 star restaurants too if you have any aversion to other people's bodily discharges...

Didn’t read the thread, just saw Farm Bureau and came here to tell whoever to run from those fools. Fast. Far.

If you are eligible for USAA and don’t have them you are doing yourself a disservice. Their banking is top notch also.

Been with USAA for quite some time and I have to agree, top notch.

ETA: insurance wise. I can’t use their banking services because they don’t do business accounts.

It’s piss poor these days. How people act and work these days is certainly not the cloth I was cut from. I got co-workers, one in particular, who is the most unproductive, counterproductive person I have ever seen. Does the complete opposite of what you ask him to do, but everyday does whatever he wants to with impunity.
Shoulda had me as an agent, it would be fixed by now lol.

They have started a small business policy in some states I’m sure they will be in SC if not already.

Work ethics are a thing of the past.

Welcome to the shitter called America’s workforce.

Ranting I know but I make it a point to tell people when they are incompetent. Does it fix problem? No but they could use a hint and not a participation trophy.

I've found a common failure thru all industries that too many people spend more effort trying to deflect and explain why something cant be done and how "they're not responsible " instead of stepping up and taking care of the problem that they could obviously fix if they wanted to.

Corporate America is a damn joke. This is all linked back to it. Cover your ass and pass the buck.
