If I was putting 750k into a boat it would have twin desiels, fish boxes with built in ice makers, and damn sure wouldn't be a center console. Know that.

For a LOT LESS $$$$$ you could have a real offshore boat like this and stay dry, in the a/c on the couch, watching satellite tv, and have a helluva lot smoother ride. 25 knot cruise instead of 50+, but who cares. Most day's the ocean won't allow you to haul ass safely anyway.
