Praying for as little damage as possible especially since we have a place in OIB. However I've been loving all this rain and wanting more as my duck hole and swamp have been dry all summer.

I pray that the euro model is right and Joaquin turns farther out to sea. I as many other farmers have a peanut and cotton crop that could be devastated by this storm. Pray that this thing turns fellas! We need bright sunshine and wind for a few weeks.

I hope so. Just a little wind with all this rain could get ugly.

Strengthened to a 3 over night and has still failed turn turn NE. SC is not out of the woods on this one yet. Some models have it crashing Charleston, others have it moving far East back out to shore. There is a large degree of uncertainty with how it's going to react with this trough that is sitting on top of us right now. Should be a cat 4 by the end of the day and we will know more of the direction she's going to head. Where and if it makes landfall...it's not going to be good. Coastal SC to expect a foot of rain over the weekend.

A good swamp hole should be dry during the summer.

Do ya'll remember these type pics from two years ago. That was a lot of rain. What we are expecting this weekend trumps that by a 1000.

Spartanburg Flooded this morning, the Dodge dealership had brand new Rams washed away. This shit could get crazy this weekend!

I've been praying! This could make for a long, wet and slow November. Picking cotton in the mud is not fun!

All day during your tournament. I'm glad I had to attend a wedding deal that day otherwise I'd be in the same boat as you. If you catch any legal fish I'd assume you'd be in the running though.

They're saying between 8 and 12" of rain here. If this thing is hitting late Saturday night, the deer should be feeding heavy Saturday AM depending on what this front sitting over us does.

Sunday looks like a good fishing day, probably head out about 30 miles. Who's in?

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
