    Default Last Night

    Dove poppers
Cooked them inside due to the rain last night, worked out well. Marinated boneless dove breast with a jalapeno slice wrapped with bacon. Served with yellow rice and collards, and paired with a nice bottle of cabernet. Good is not the word.

I don't mind stems as long as it's turnip or mustard greens. Collard green stems is a no go.

Looks delicious. I do the same but add a dab of cream cheese and a little piece of monterey jack before I wrap it.

Looks good. Try adding a water chestnut in the wrap, it's good.
