I know several dining establishments that would serve AJ as grouper. Often.

I've never eaten it. Gave away what was boated. I'd rather eat a mcdonalds burger than overcooked hoo.

Somebody who fishes a good bit could probably cooked and uncooked.

Striations and bloodline pattern would help a lot. Off the street person would struggle.

I will say I was surprised at how tasty barracuda is. Grilled scales down, I tried a piece and was hunting more...

If you give 10 people a bag of gold, someone will complain about how heavy it is!

Inquiring minds would like to know if you could differentiate between donkeys and wahoo BEFORE you bought you boat?

Dangit, Foots, the answer should be obvious. Keep up.

I'll take a half a limit of misc bottom fish over a box full of dolphin any day....and 1 sword over either of them.

I'm good with wahoo, dolphin, trigger fish, and grouper,.......but y'all can keep all that tuna for yourselves.

I’m with Bart on this one. I could care less to catch or clean another BSB or vermilion again. Now if you are handing out vacuum sealed fillets that’s a different story.

HS, it always feels like you're speaking to someone else, rather than most of us on the forum. 2th, Nutz, Chess, and a few others probably get it...

Soy, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeño and red onion with the tuna in the fridge for a half hour. I then mix in the avocado and eat.
