    JIR Land and Timber is the land division of Jenks Inc Realty. JIR was formed in 1956 by Pete “Jenks” Jenkins. He was a dairy farmer in Southern Greenville, SC and used the company to market farm land. In 2006 he handed the brokerage over to his grandson Jenks Patrick. JIR Land and Timber has since grown to include 5 agents with licenses in SC, NC and GA. Our knowledgeable staff consists on brokers passionate about the outdoors, habitat, and conservation.
