Ok I was wrong. I've been checked by a game warden on 2 occasions that I can think of were I had more than one hooded merganser. Neither time did one of them tell me I was wrong. The way it is written is unclear. It should read "Common and Red Breasted Mergansers- 5 total" "Hooded Mergansers- 1". Am I the only one that finds it odd that we can kill 4 mallards and only 3 woodies?? And what is it, 15 geese?? Doesn't add up to me. Anyways I fucked up and now I know. Move on.
