That is seared chicken. Indirect heat, then hit the direct heat for desired crispness.

Hit it with the wood smoke first, morons. Then the meat tends to gets, uh, dark-colored and...smokey...like it was encased with...smoke. What Muck said was funny as hail, tho.

I had the buffer thingy catch my windshield wipper at the tidal wave car wash yesterday.. I pulled into the first auto store I saw, and asked for a set of blades. The young man behind the counter asked me if I wanted him to put them on.. Do you know what I said?

    I said "yep"

I had a set of Tundra wiper blades totally kick my ass one time. I went back inside and totally said, "Yo, gimme a hand here".

I had bought a budget set and they dont fit at all. After the counter guy couldnt get them on, he comped me a set of premium wipers. I felt like my man card was still pristine.

I'd change that measuring stick of yours to something other than that of the counter jockey down at the Ad-vance....

I do it gladly, but for different reasons.

Mom, God rest her soul, taught me to be independent at a young age. Cooking, doing my own laundry, etc. Rely on no one but yourself. So years later my wife thought she was doing me a favor by doing my laundry. Until I realized she doesn't do bleach on whites. Deal breaker.

Furthermore, I had a method of folding them where everything fit in the drawers just right. She didn't like that either. Now given I wasn't as good at communicating as effectively as I am now, so it probably could have been handled better, but it's done now. So I told her if she wasn't cool doing it the way I asked of her then I could just do it myself. Which I was fine with before the ordeal. No skin of my back.

Since then she doesn't do my laundry. And I'm OK with that.

Yeah idgas how its folded if someone folds it, its getting unfolded and going on a hanger anyway.. Every article of clothing I have is on a hanger with the exception of socks, boxers and shorts. I don't mind doing the laundry but I hate folding clothes with a passion.
