There is a case that can be made for this as an over reach which it is, but mis-guided. Albany GA and Kershaw has the data as to what can happen in a Covid19 person attends a funeral or in Arkansas when a church holds a function with an infected person.

Very little complaining about the FISA crap that El Senor Bush setup to spy on American citizens. Most do not wake up until it hits them personally.

If I've learned anything through all of this, it's that people, old people in particular, don't GAF. 3 out of 4 people that have come in the store over the past 2 weeks have been over the age of 60......

Prez is coming out today with new guidelines. Had a guy that works for the pentagon tell me this weekend some stuff. It's coming. I have seen a ton of BIG Gen sets going down hwy.76 which is a back way to the coastal area's. I mean big ass CAT Gen sets. 1 to a flatbed, sometimes 2. Wonder where they headed

This is the absolute worst type of mentality in this country.

Would you consent to monthly home searches to help weed out drug dealers? You shouldn't mind...unless you're a drug dealer.

This should have been the statement to end this thread.

The part that says "boat landings providing public access to the public waters of this state, to include any adjacent or associated public parking lots or other public facilities, shall be closed to public access for recreational purposes . . ." seems like it means pay ramps too. But then it goes on to say "Anchoring to fish is allowed . . "

So fishing is ok as long as you are in a boat and have private access to the waters? But pay ramps are to be closed along with teh public ramps?

So which private property owner on the lakes and rivers will through the biggest parties?

This law does essentially nothing but make it just a tad bit harder to get on the water. Pay to launch places are going to have a month that goes down in history for them.
