    Default Benchmade Knives

I have carried a knife clipped on my pants pocket for as long as I can honestly remember. I have carried the Gerber I have now for at least 5 years, but it's time for something new. I have looked at the Benchmade knives at Cabelas and I am close to pulling the trigger, but I've never paid more than $30 for a knife. Are the Benchmade knives worth it?

    Spyderco.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I had a benchmade but was a little disappointed considering what I paid for it.

One thing I especially disliked was that the blade would wobble when locked in place

Are you not capable of sharpening a knife?
Seeing these soulless vanilla ice lookin Yankees on a bassboat is worse than watching a woman get her implants taken out. It's just wrong. Get back in your Lund and go back to infisherman.

I just bought this one and like it an awful lot so far. The frame is very sturdy and weight and heft seems to be a little more than most knives. My gut feeling is this knife will hold up better to heavy use than some of my other knives.

I carry a Benchmade mini-griptillian everyday and it holds an edge rather well. I did break the omega spring that controls the axis lock but benchmade replaced it and cleaned/sharpened it for free.

I do carry a spyderco delica 4 a good bit as well.
