    I’ve been to San Francisco … one of the only places I honestly can say I don’t care if I never go back. Very few redeeming qualities about that place, I’m sure it’s worse now.

    My suspicion is that some new players won't a bigger piece of the pie and need property values in area like SF and NYC to go down. Defund police, facilitate crime, drive people out and price down. Buy it up and clean it up.

    Already is. At least 2 walmarts in the midlands have closed due to shoplifting, and how many times have you heard a politician or police chief make comments downplaying theft? "Its just property crime."
