Saw for hens with 20-25 poults. Most already fledged but 6-8 were only a day or two old. Good to see

4 hens and around 15 poults were in yard this morning. It is amazing how fast they've grown since I first saw them.
I saw 3 hens yesterday with 10 poults. They were 2/3 grown.
Saw some more today. 2 hens with at least 10. 1/2 grown and didn't get a total count of all.

Not sure how old this bearded hen (at least 5) is.....but she always produces.

I've got an old bearded gal that has to be 6+ on age. She always seems to have little ones as well. Come to think of it, a good multi beard gobbler is killed every few years.

We got bearded hens. 4 and pretty sure a 5th in this one flock here last March. Never a multi bearded tom from this property though.

Here is the latest on the poults at my place. They’ve grown up! I’ve seen them almost everyday since starting this thread. They have been working on the bugs in my dove field for the past month. Finally got an up close look at them this morning. Had 22 total in the front yard and around half were jakes. Looking forward to watching them continue to mature.

thats cool
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.
We started seeing them again this week!
So far Two hens with their poults.
I was surprised in the difference in ages of the groups. The first group were very young fur balls following the hen around in a food plot. The second group was large enough to fly up into some understory brush when bumped off the plot.
its still just an outdoor griddle

I heard we had 6 as of this am.
Yup, he's crazy...
like a fox. The dude may be coming in a little too hard and crazy but 90% of everything he says is correct.
Sort of like Toof. But way smarter.

True....but my deer and turkeys enjoy the smell of bacon cooking as the sun is rising.
