Surgery is the easy part. PT is where the fun starts. As previously stated, do whatever the PTs say (especially the at home exercises) and take your meds before PT to get the most out of it - you'll know what I mean when they help you bend it and push it straight. This is one time in your life where the phrase no pain/no gain is actually true.

Good luck RP!
Good luck Patten!
So far everything is good. What ever they put in me is wearing off. Pain is coming. So is oxycodone.
Lunch was good. Had fish.

PT just left. That hurt but I can do it. He went over all kinds of info. Lots to do.
Pain meds trippled.

Meds are great. Nurses, techs, PTs all have been great. Haven't slept much. Read a bunch. About to stand again. Catheter is out. That was rude.
No Naturals sux a bit. How would that go with omelettes?
