You are correct in most of this post and I tend to agree. The on thing that Clemson has done is to replace great players with little drop off.

Losing Watson and Bouleware will sting but so did Anthony, Steward, Jarrett, Beasley, Peake, Mac, Kearse, etc. Good teams lose good players. Clemson has recruited well and will be fine.

There are 4 names in the hat. Clemson is one of them
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

This game will be about how good OSU's backup quarterback is.

Boulware will choke their starter out in the first quarter.

I remember ECU5-7 saying when Chad Morris left that Clemson was going to take a step back, now another coot is saying Venables will be the downfall. Clemson's President and Board has decided and planned to have a winning program much will not change for years now matters who comes and goes. SC has not kept pace because the board does not take winning serious. Overall that may be good thing for an University except for Saturdays in the fall.

You will see what having an inexperienced QB will be like this coming year.

Why? It's either a plane ride home on the 1st to watch the CG or practice to get ready for it.

Chicken fans seem to think if Clemson loses a player, they'll be right where the chickens are. Clemson has more 4-5* QB's than Sakkerliner has 4* players in general. Watson going pro will leave a void for a short time but the program won't fall apart. Besides, he hasn't actually declared for the draft yet.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Every team falls back. It doesn't last long. Where was Bama between midway through gene stallings regime until Saban? Almost as irrelevant as Clemson was the nearly 30 years before Dabo showed up. I'm a Gator fan and we stood on top and we're a force for most the 90s and first first decade of the 2000's. Thought it would keep on. But a couple coaching changes and poor recruiting classes later and we're like Clemson was most of my lifetime.
