    I'm a tad worried.

I Just got word the beach house is ok, but looking at the storm now the real fun is just starting now the water is gonna be driven in off the ocean.

Dang Lake house is getting beat up. What happened to Florence cutting across Florence and scooting on to Columbia? Looks like it is going south.

Florence isn't too bad, but here again now we are in the path of the right hand quadrant. It may be tomorrow at this time when it gets here with it moving at 2mph but I'm getting more nervous now than I have been the whole time.

    Whats your thoughts?
    Yup, he's crazy...

It stalled at Greelyville. The center will be on Eagle Point shortly.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

    Thats been my fear.

That lake is already churned up enough. It didn't need 5 ours of the eye on top of it. I was more worried about Florence and Garden city. Looks like Florence may swath by. Just depends on if it keeps rain gin like this and then tomorrow pm we get some tornados.

We have really been getting some soaking rain today.

Wouldn't take much to start making oak tress tip over.

The heavy bands of rain are toward Dillon. As the storm creeps west we will get heavy rains.

This storm needs to pick up speed.

Agreed. Florence will be right in the wake where we could get some heavy winds on the back side and after 3 days of soaking rain thats when the trees will hit the ground.

They are letting water out at St Stephens. They will only open the gates at Wilson as a last resort. SW, we’ve only gotten 2.5/3 inches so far at my farm in Jordan.

Think we’re up to about 11-12” now. Hasn’t stopped yet. Lucky for us it’s just been a steady fall. Next week we’ll have issues as it all comes downstream.

It's been very little wind and 2 inches of rain in summerton so far. Definitely not what we were expecting and I'm thankful.

The river has dropped about 18” after rising 3.5 feet yesterday. Don’t think they were intending on releasing from dam yet. They have been dumping about 15 from st stephen** past couple of days. Just should have started about 4 days prior. Someone forgot to tell Santee Cooper that there was a storm so they didn’t budge until they saw the congaree and wateree swelling from Murray and wateree dumping

Can someone buy them out already?

Check that. Santee is down to 28.27 which is only about 6-8” high. It was at 31 yesterday with no rain

Although it didn't creep all the down the coast and impact us in the LC, it very much followed the Euro model (but not quite as south as predicted) from the get-go!
Them socialist called it, no doubt about it.....

I’m pretty sure they were hesitant because they got sued last time they flooded the swamp, “when they didn’t need to”

According to the folks below Jamestown..
