What type of beer do you use when to marinade your venison brats in ? IPA, Stout or good old PBR ?
I’ve got a few good real dark Porters still hanging around , wondering if that would be too heavy and loose the venison flavor ?
Give you recommendations- do you marinade the meat in beer before grilling, or boil it in the beer over the stove then transfer to grill ?
When I do pork I boil it for 15min 1/2beer and 1/2 water, then get on the grill for 10min to char up and finish cooking.
