    I have some friends in Lafayette. They gonna just be a few miles west of the worse part. Outside cooking breakfast with slight breeze and mist of rain. Prayers for everyone in the path.

    While I certainly hope it's not the case, this one has the potential to be one by which many others are judged. Family in central La. is hunkered down and long time friends in Thibodaux have evacuated to Pensacola. Lord have mercy on everyone affected.

    They were up until about the first shoot. Half the birds I saw cleaned were full of wheat.. there shouldn't be wheat on the ground, and I doubt they found that much in downtown driveways
