Default jet ski....yahamha or sea doo?

What is the most reliable? What to stay away from? What is your experience?

I had 2 Yahamas and had no problems. But they got old quick.

Yup. About 10min of smiles, and I'm done.

If asking cause you have kids, then it is a different story...

    Get with ECU1984
He’s has had at least one of each model. Rebuilt the engines in several and I think he’s getting some new ones to take down to the keys

No. No no no no no
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

Like asking, “Fat girls, brunette or redhead?”

If you want to give your kids CTE, it's much cheaper to strap on a football helmet and beat them upside the head with a Louisville Slugger...

I just know as a kid, I enjoyed them much more. And I know several "lake kids" who use their skis just like I did ATVs when I was a kid. It's a fun sense of freedom for them. Granted, they should be lawful and respectful, but, they're kids, and like the rest of us, we were no angles.

Yamaha is the only choice. Much more reliable.

Also, don’t hate the jetski, hate the operator. The problem is the parents that don’t teach the young uns manners.

My parents bought a couple used Sea Doo's 12 or so years ago when my siblings and I were kids. We haven't had any issues out of them and they still get drug out a few times each summer. Change the plugs every year, run ethanol free fuel and don't abuse them.

Yamaha are the choice of 99% of companies that rent them. I have had several Seadoos and never had an issue with them.

My parents have a Yamaha 4 stroke at their lake place, it’s probably 10 years old, never had a single issue.

Looks like Yamaha is most popular choice. thanks!

It is for my daughter, I personally don't care to ride them.
