    Default about time

    First limit of the season..

I finally got away from some of the pressure, made the boat disappear, worked a few birds, and was done by 8am.

    1 gun, public..

    Bet that felt good.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

Not much action where I hunted this morning, the fog was awful, and birds just werent flying. Anyday hunting is better than a day at work.
I'm like a duck: calm above the water, and paddling like hell underneath....

Times ten for me, I have hunted seven days and picked up six birds. Nothing to be proud of for sure. It looks like I will be putting a lot more miles on the boat and doing a lot more looking with binoculars in the next couple of weeks.

Good to see it finally paid off for you, maybe tomorrow is my day.

Good deal. Anytime you scratch out a limit on SC public waters you've accomplished something.
