    Dad said life was full of peaks and valleys and he was right. The wife and I saw deer while bowhunting last night, and both of us could've gotten high percentage shots at bucks too young for us to shoot by club rules but we thoroughly enjoyed just seeing deer. But alas, while we enjoyed an autumn afternoon in a climber with our bows about 200 yards apart, some banjo picking, bucktoothed, inbred, livestock-fucking rednecks broke into my truck and stole everything they wanted. Cooler, raincoats, GPS, MP3 player, my wife's wallet, and had the gall to leave a half-empty beer in the road upon leaving, as if to say, "here. left you one." God bless each of you thieves. God bless you. God bless you. And thanks again for the reminder about locks and honest men.

    Lesson learned. Just wanted to share that Pee Dee thieves are just as bad as those in the lowcountry and midlands. Carry on.

    hate to hear that. its worth it to invest in an extra game cam and attach to a tree pointing at your truck when you are hunting in spots that can happen.

    Sprigs idea may be even better

    That sucks! Sorry to hear that! I have one stand on my lease that I back into a parking spot off the side of the road to get to. I am always thankful every time I make it back to my truck and the windows are still there. People drive by constantly laying on their horns when they see my truck there...I guess because they know I am hunting. I have made a note similar to above....seems to have worked so far.

    I still have the can in a clean bag by itself in the garage. I doubt they can lift prints from it. It was in ice and was still cold and covered with beaded ice sweat when they left it in the sand at the road's edge. I'm doing a report this morning with an acquaintance on the HCPD. It's all a formality. Petty theft is not a big priority. We would just like them to patrol it as their priority. Particularly on weekends at dusk and dawn.

    Theft is a rite of passage in western Horry. Ive had 100 times the amt of tresspassing and theft on my lease in Horry than Ive had in Williamsburg county. Apparenty black single mothers do a better job of teaching their little bastards to keep their hands off other peoples shit than the white ones do.
    You thief is between 17-30, drives a white Z-71 that is jacked up in the front with loud assed pipes, is or was currenty enrolled in the aynor-Conway career center, and has an "aint skeered" sticker on the back glass. Greasy white kid with a half assed beard wearing a ball cap with sunglasses on top.
    I suggest you shoot the shit out of the next one you see near the lease. They pump them out of the local trailer parks en mass. Nobody will miss em.

    I thought about this could you imagine getting shot with a broadhead you didnt know was coming?? I had some fellas coming to fish my pond they walked right under my loc on! when i yelled they about shit themselves..all i could think about was a broadhead in the foot..that would teach them
