Default Another one bites the dust...

I don't think it will have any bearing on the outcome of the game this weekend, but it's crazy the high profile players that are being sent packing this year.

Tar Heels LB Ebele Okakpu dismissed

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- North Carolina has dismissed starting linebacker Ebele Okakpu from the team.

Interim coach Everett Withers says the senior was dismissed for "conduct detrimental to the team," though he wouldn't elaborate further during his weekly news conference Monday.
Okakpu started five games this year and had 14 tackles. Withers says Okakpu will remain on scholarship and has a chance to graduate this spring.
Sophomore Darius Lipford is listed atop the depth chart in Okakpu's place for the Tar Heels (5-2, 1-2), who travel to eighth-ranked Clemson this weekend. Withers says the Tar Heels might use multiple players to replace Okakpu, saying the team has built depth at the position.

    Bwahahahaha....

I knew it was only a matter of time.

Ask my soon to be ole lady what she has to endure with the middle school kids that she teaches in Richland 2. You'll laugh for days.

One that comes to mind is spelled "Shithead". I can't remember, for the life of me, how it is pronounced, but she refused to read it out loud during roll call the first day of school.

Great one I know of from Richland Memorial was born to a Miss King. She had no idea what to name the baby and asked the ER staff for a name. ER staff being ER staff, they suggested Nosmo. Miss King thought that sounded just dandy. I wonder if she or he ever figured it out...

Knew a chick in college named Happy Hussy but with a face like that I don't think she had a whole lot of bidness going.

When we were at the Delivery Ward for our baby boy the nurse was telling us all kinds of stories. She said that some of them just make em up and others will get them off the TV while they wait. She said that she'd had to explain to many that Clymidia and Ghonnoreah were not really pretty names.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

    No, I don't know her.

I just think that is a pretty sweet name.

If I knew her, I'd call her Spring.
