I killed an 11' 3" Sat morning. He weighed 502# on certified scales. Me and my dad spent the whole weekend chasing gators.

Finally filled my tag with a 9'9" 248lb yesterday in the Middle Coastal....pics later.
We killed a 11'10" 650lbs, had to weigh him piece by piece on the scale. Wateree river.

I wish I could breathe life back in him, if I could I'd hunt him again tomorrow. - Ben Rodgers Lee

yeah I removed heads of all the participants, easier to do that than to call them and ask first. removed my head since it wasnt tag.
Well I had to eat my wife's tag. Went last night to the southern coastal with intentions of killing the first 8 footer we got up.on. well at 230 we called it quits. Came up on 50 gators in the 2-5 for range. Didn't make any since. Same area wekilled the two big ones two weeks ago. Seems the cold weather pushed all the bigger ones in for the winter. Never ever thought I would have to eat a tag but it happened.

O yea.forgot to report. We killed a fat 8.5 footer on a last hoorah attempt Monday night. It was my buddies tag a d he missed 4 gators before he finally hit. One was a nice 10+
Thinking i can retire from gator hunting. It's not that hard & pricey for some shitty meat.
