    Default Yo, home WOD guys...

    Lemme know when you get some basic equipment together and we'll mix this shit up a bit. Here is a list of things I'd get and in this order depending on what you want to spend and when...

    1) jump rope. Here is how to make your own. Not real sure why this fuckchop didn't just use the pliers as pliers instead of as a hammer but regardless he made it work. Sorta

    2) Kettle bells and/or dumbells. 30-35#'rs and I'd get two of each eventually.

    3) Medicine ball. 14# to start. You will eventually want a 20# but if you are just starting out then go with a 14#'r.

    And I know all you weight lifters think the weights on those KB's, DB's and med balls seems low. But remember, we aren't curling these things for 10 reps, walking around the gym for 10 minutes suckin' on a smoothie, then going back and knocking out another set or two.

    These will be used for high intesity movements so don't let your ego talk you into getting more than you can handle. Please.
