Spam on a spit wasn't an option [img]graemlins/confused.gif[/img] I've cooked a few pigs,for the folks eatin and not cookin it can't be beat(from what I've heard).Now we get the butcher to hang them in the smoker for an extra 30 bucks or so .Lots easier.
