if a parcel is under a conservation easement,
can it still have regulated hunting?

Conservation Easements are like fingerprints. no two are the same. Some allow hunting, some don't. That is decided by the landowner at the time he eases his property.

I wrote in unregulated hunting in perpetuity on all of the CE's I have done. Some people set a deadline like hunting rights for 99 years and then hunting ceases.

Usually, the whole point is to preserve traditional uses while enjoying the tax benefits associated with giving up valuable development rights. The easements I'm familiar with don't restrict hunting in any way.
