I have built several and each nicer than the prior and I find I would like to have a steamer on my next one that would do say a bushel of crabs, oysters, shrimp, etc at one time.

    Ecu1984 x2.

    12volt lights.

    Sink would be last place.

The one that did not finish would be the tunes.

If you can only have 2 accessories, then you need a bigger trailer.

Burners that slide into reciever hitches on the sides, potable water tank with a spigot in an out of the way spot. A big pot on one of the burners can be used as a sink in a pinch....a nice hardwood cutting board/prep surface.

    x2 on the lights

not hardwood. some kind of cutting board/corian type stuff would be my opinion.

sink aint important to me. they are always too small. storage is good. fryer or steamer is cool addition.

If you install a big two burner (camp style) stove, you now have a steamer and a fryer.

Plus you can use stuff you already have around the house...

    Pro tip...

    Cooker across the back
    Double burner on one side
Old toolbox on the other (storage, cutting surface on the lid)
Place for gas bottles and cooler on the front

Dex you having someone build you one?

10 accessories would be better. It don't cost that much more to go first class!!!

Post a pic of what you got/trying to build/buy/whatever it is in order to get a better idea of what's going on.

One of my many expensive hobbies is woodworking and I think a large butcher block type surface would be rad as hell......rad means alot when it comes to mack-daddy grills. It can last a long time with minimal care.

I have a 20' tandem with a Dock box across the front that holds all pots, pans, utensils and chafing dishes. A 4 foot long stainless steel prep table, a large propane cooker and I keep a 2 burner collapsible stove top for boiling and frying. I can load this puppy up and feed 100 folks in an hour with the right foods. I do not have any pics right now but will see if I can get some this weekend.

I can't believe you jacklegs didn't mention the stripper pole. I'm assuming it was a given , much like trailer lights or hitch, It's just required.
