It's mottled duck but it looks like you cut the wing off of a black duck and sewed it on a mottled duck.

The secondary coverts (where a bluewing teal is blue) are mostly un-edged. Most of the time, mottled ducks (hens and drakes) have well-edged secondary coverts. There is very well-defined edging right at the joint but usually it goes all the way to the flight feathers.
