8 acre duck pond

I have a 8 acre duck pond that needs a well and a pump put in. Anybody do any work like that? Thought maybe we could work something out with the cost for some duck hunting rights. Not necessarily looking for anything free just some help! I know the pond has great potential because I shot ducks in it last year just from the rain water and saw hundreds fly over going to another pond down the way. Got tired of fighting the crowds and decided to build my own pond. Any help is greatly appreciated!
