Bible Study Verse:

Isaiah 1:18

"Come now, let us reason together," says the LORD. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool." (NIV)

Thoughts:

I recently read an article about bio-luminescence. Turns out 90% of marine life exhibits some form of it - especially when they are distressed or injured. Makes sense. Here on the Gulf coast, lure colors made of pearl or white or glow work well when trying to trick a sea trout or redfish. (Will D)

Action Point:

What colors do you reflect? Do you get red in anger or blue from depression? Does worry or fear turn you white? Does envy turn you green? Always choose the reflection of Christ to overcome the colors of this world.

Sportsmen's Tip of The Day:

No other color captures light like that of chartreuse. In off-colored water, it is the best choice.
