    Default Early morning largemouth

Hit the lake this morning after putting the g'f on a plane at 5am. Managed 8 largemouth and one jackfish. Size is better with all fish but one being over 2lbs. Biggest about 4lbs. Zoom trick worms were the ticket this morning. Also got the shit scared outta me a few times when carp spooked right beside me. Normally this doesnt bother me but I am wade fishing. All fish released.

I've always had success this time of the year on a white zoom trick worm, especially if the water is clear.

smokey took me wade fishing on moultrie a few years ago.

I haven't been to shake it since.

    Good on you Smoke.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.
