    Default Crawppie

    Hit the water last night with my grandpa and uncle only caught 12 but two were slabs this one was the biggest. The picture does not do it justice. I have never seen one this big. If Im not mistaking the measurements were 16 in. long and from the top of his back to his belly was 6 1/2 in. Did not have scales to weigh it.

    How deep were y'all finding them?

    Mergie we were catchin them in 30 ft. of water still. They Have not budged from the deep water yet!!! Thats blood on her tail from the other fish in the cooler, but she did have eggs in her today when I cleaned it!!! Aand yes they were very tasty for sunday dinner!!!

    Caught a few nice ones Friday afternoon on a silver and red Rat-L-Trap about 8 ft deep. If i could fish it deeper, I would've been more successful.
