    For what purpose? That would drive my decision.

    For me the following things were important:

    Portability
    gas consumption
    clean power for laptop
    dependability
    loudness
    used for camping, tailgating and emergency back up for power loss

    I chose the Honda EU2000i

    Curious at what others are using and why their choice?

    I gotta whole house unit but I think you want it to go. Mine is older than me
    FOR SALE! 4-cyl. Willis-Kaiser jeep motor in it but will not excite the field. Just sayin.
